Responsibilities

  • Handling viewer’s questions on different channels (Live chat, Email & Social Media) and giving clear instructions to solve their problem.
  • Using teamviewer to remotely solve the user problem, in real-time.

Must Haves

  • Strong ability to understand the viewer’s problems & solving it immediately.
  • Expertise in wordpress, web hosting & domain/DNS.
  • Good english writing skills

Good to Have

  • Experience in solving tech issues for people.
  • Ability to communicate the message clearly through text.
